Vários recibos assinados juntos
Uma decisão trabalhista em Minas Gerais considerou inválidos recibos assinados pelo empregado de uma só vez. A perícia constatou que desde o contrato de admissão ao termo de rescisão, passando pelos recibos de férias, 13º salário, FGTS e aviso prévio, foram confeccionados na mesma época e assinados pelo empregado e pela empregadora no mesmo dia, com o uso da mesma caneta.
